FAQ’S
1. Is the deposit refundable?
No, all deposits are considered retainers and are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, we understand that plans can change — your deposit may be transferred to another available date under certain conditions. You can transfer your booking one (1) time to an alternative date, based on venue availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a date transfer so we can check availability.
2. Is the cleaning fee refundable?
Yes and no. If we provide the service of setting up & breaking down your event, we clean the venue and the cleaning fee becomes NON-REFUNDABLE. If you only rent the venue and do all the cleaning and follow the detailed cleaning instructions provided before your event, your cleaning fee will be refunded within 24-48 hours after your event. During that time period we will inspect the venue and if any charges are incurred it will be deducted from the cleaning fee. If any damages are discovered that exceed the cleaning fee, you agree to be financially responsible for the full cost of repairs or replacements
3. Can we use balloon spray or adhere things to the walls?
vendors place a protective covering on the floor before applying balloon shine spray. IF ANY BALLOON SPRAY RESIDUE IS NOT CLEANED, YOUR FULL CLEANING FEE WILL BE FOREFITTED, THIS ALSO GOES FOR TAPE OR PIN HOLES IN OUR WALLS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. Can we get extra time for setup/breakdown?
Any additional time beyond that will incur an extra fee starting at $75.
5. Is security required?
YES! Security is required for ALL events after 5pm, you MUST hire our preferred vendor for security for your protection and the protection of my venue! NO EXCEPTIONS!
6. Is a bartender required?
YES! If you will be serving HARD liquor you must have a certified bartender in attendance to pour. The only exception to this is wine and champagne.
